On Thursday, Will Ferrell is setting out to accomplish a feat never been done before.
The actor and comedian will spend the day playing all nine positions at different Cactus League games as part of a cancer awareness event. According to The Chicago Tribune, the charitable event was “coordinated by Major League Baseball and HBO, which will film a special.”
In order to make the tight schedule work Ferrell will be shuttled from game to game by helicopter, USA Today’s Sports Columnist Bob Nightengale reported on Twitter.

Some of the teams scheduled to play, like the Chicago White Sox, have altered their start time in order to accommodate Ferrell’s mission.

Ferrell is not new to the sports field. In 2010 he pitched; for the Triple-A Round Rock Express and definatly caused a stir during the game.
On Thursday the Cactus League defiantly got some comic relief during their games as Ferrell went from field-to-field to accomplish his mission.
