From NBCNews.com: A 22-year-old Ohio man has confessed in a video posted online that he’s to blame for a wrong-way crash following a night of heavy drinking that killed another man.

The 3 1/2 minute video, set to somber music and posted Tuesday, begins with a pixelated image of Matthew Cordle stating in a disguised voice, “I killed a man.”
