What to know

- The Pentagon said that 140 U.S. service members have been wounded since the start of the Iran offensive 10 days ago. Most of them suffered only minor injuries and have returned to service.
- Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said today that Russia should not be involved in the war with Iran. U.S. special envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff said that Russia had denied a Washington Post report that the country is sharing intelligence on U.S. military assets with Iran.
